How do I buy from i-loveshopping.com?
1: Browse the products and click icon. 
2: Fill in your contact details. 
3: Fill in your payment details. 
4: You will get an online order confirmation. 
5: We will download and process your order. 
6: We will despatch your goods the next day once payment is cleared
 
 
How soon will my order arrive? 
This method will ensure your parcel is delivered anytime during the next working day after payment is cleared. UK customers receive their goods within 48 hours, most US, Europe, Australia and the rest of the world of customers who receive their goods around 5-11 working days. It will be delivered by Royal Mail delivery services in the UK. The parcel will be provided a traceable service. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Currently, we use Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Recorded delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery (TM) Next Day and Royal Mail International Signed-for Delivery.  

For all overseas delivery
“If you use International Signed For with Airmail delivery it is usually within 5 – 11 days of Europe, Australia, US, and for the rest of the world. We recommend that you wait for at least 11 working days until an enquiry is made.

* Saturday is not a working day. Sunday or Bank Holiday the parcel will be delivered within 2 working days.

Order Payment
Payment can be made using by PayPal  for Credit Card, Visa Card, Master Card, Maestro, Debit Card, Cheque, Postal order & Pay by Phone.

     

I do not have a PayPal account. Can I still send a payment?
Yes, i-loveshopping.com is already a registered PayPal Business holder which can accept payments from a non-PayPal member. With the PayPal Account Optional feature, customers who are new to PayPal will no longer be required to create a PayPal Account to pay a Money Request/Invoice or to complete a purchase. The customer will go through an alternative checkout and will have the option to sign up with PayPal afterward.

Can I pay by cheque?
Yes, you can pay us by cheque. Please allow time for cheques (6 working days from receipt) to clear before we dispatch your order.

How does Website Payments work?
Select an item to purchase on i-loveshopping.com by clicking on a payment button. This links the customer to PayPal via a secure connection.

Enter your payment information on a secure PayPal-hosted page and you do not need a PayPal account to pay.

When you complete the payment, PayPal instantly processes the transaction by routing it through the payment processing network. PayPal allows i-loveshopping.com to accept various credit cards, PayPal payments - all through this provider.

Once the payment is processed, you are returned to i-loveshopping.com website.

Additionally, our content and database servers are protected behind a high security configuration in UK Server System.

Is it safe to order online?
Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. In reality an online transaction is probably more secure, than a card transaction in a shop or by fax, as the information transmitted online is highly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations.

Why are products so cheap?
We have international suppliers who have been supplying brand names for a long time, they have offered us the best price, we don’t need to pay for an expensive shop for rent and prefer to sell our products at the lowest price for a high turnover, we then pass on these massive savings to you.

We also ensure that we stay up-to-date with the latest versions of any third-party code we use, and continually review our own proprietary code.

My email address/password is not being recognized, why?
Please check if you have used another email address. It is a common mistake to use another email address or password; it could even be as simple as a spelling mistake. To log on successfully you will need the correct combination of your email address and password to log on as you did when registering. If the problem persists please email us at
info@i-loveshopping.co.uk (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm).

I won’t be in when you deliver my parcel, what will happen?
If you are not in when the courier attempts delivery, they will leave a card informing you of their attempt and instructions of how to re-arrange the redelivery.

The customer has to pay for own return postage and packaging when the goods are returned to us. Any refund will be for the cost of the item minus postage.

Returns & Cancellation  
We do not generally sell goods on a return basis. However, if the product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of order receipt,we will do our best to resolve the problem ASAP. When you receive your order, as per the international Distance Selling Directive, you have until the expiry of 7 days of receipt to return the ordered products. The goods must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from i-loveshopping.com. Always obtain a proof of postage when returning an item to us as we can not accept responsibility for items not received. Any postal cost are non-refundable, please note all postage costs are the customer's responsibility.     

How soon will my order arrive? 
Item will be dispatched next day after payment is cleared. We post everyday (Mon-Friday) excludes bank holidays.
All Dior items will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (TM) Next Day for mainland UK & Royal Mail International Signed-for delivery estimated around 5-11 working days for worldwide. All other products will be sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Recorded and Royal Mail International Signed-for for worldwide. The tracking number will be provided.  

When will I receive my order replacement?
Once we have received the returned items we aim to process the exchange as soon as possible, and send the goods out for a delivery within 7 working days.

Do I have to pay for the returns postage?
Delivery charges are non-refundable listed unless the fault with the item is ours. If this is the case we will advise how to send the parcel back to us. Always obtain a proof of postage when returning an item to us as we can not accept responsibility for items not received. Any postal cost are non-refundable, please note all postage costs are the customer's responsibility.
 

We offer free delivery of our products but our delivery charges are non-refundable on returns unless the item is damaged; all items will incur a fee for mainland UK and worldwide customers to cover postage and administration. Damaged items will be replaced or a refund offered in full.

I have been refunded the wrong amount
Regrettably mistakes can happen, and we do apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact us at info@i-loveshopping.co.uk and we will arrange for the correct amount to be refunded.
 

Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

Information provided to i-loveshopping.com is for internal use only. We do not sell, rent or transmit any personal information or e-mail address to other companies or organisations.

We store information when enquiries and Catalogue Requests are e-mailed to us so that we can respond electronically. We will not obtain information that will allow us to personally identify you when you visit our site, unless you chose to provide such information to us.

If you have provided your Credit card information as part of the online shopping process, it is obtained via secure server and is used only to process your payment.

Our Web site have links to other organisations. Once you follow a link to any other site, you are subject to that site's privacy policy and you information security and privacy is then out of i-loveshopping.com's control.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
